The Jacksonville Business Journal and Quantum Workplace recently named DLP Real Estate Capital as one of the Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida. Out of the hundreds of companies that applied,  DLP Real Estate Capital was honored to be recognized.

The team accepted the award at a luncheon held on the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, home of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp AA Baseball team.  Afterward, award winners were invited onto the field to participate in batting practice.

Patrick O’Donnell, Chief Experience Officer commented, “DLP is a very special place to work, with an amazing culture and a great group of people. It’s always an honor to be recognized as a Best Place to Work. We’re very appreciative of the team at the Jacksonville Business Journal for putting on yet another great event at such a fun location.”

Team member Jack Zhao, DLP Real Estate Capital Investment Analyst, from Shanghai China, had never held a baseball bat. He was thrilled to participate, saying, “I was so thankful for my teammates coaching me and so excited when I heard the sound of the bat hitting the ball. DLP is the best.”

O’Donnell continued, “It’s great to see our company building valuable relationships with other businesses in the area. An individual from another award-winning company texted me after the event saying, ‘You have some awesome colleagues.’ I couldn’t agree more – it’s the people here at DLP that make it truly a great place to work.”
